Hatha Yoga has several definitions; some translate it as “yoga of strength”, we define it as “Ha” (sun) “tha” (moon), the integration of opposites into a complete union.
The Jivatman (individual Soul) with the Paramatman (Supreme Soul).
The main goal of Hatha Yoga is to unite the Mind, Body and Spirit, which leads to the awakening of the mysterious Kundalini. This type of Yoga is perfect for everyone and ideal for starting or ending your day.
Postures are held in advanced practice & flow in beginners practice which brings consciousness to every part of our Being.
Breathing plays an essential role & Healing in Yoga comes from Breathing.
The classes of Hatha Yoga comprise of Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing technique), Meditation, Mantra Chanting and Mudras (Postures with hands).
