Guided meditation to practice at home.
Yoga Nidra is a 40-60 minute guided meditation that focuses on the act of listening and feeling.
Preparation:
Lay down on your mat facing up in Savasana. Cover your body with a blanket. Make any necessary adjustments before starting the meditation to be as comfortable as possible and still. If necessary you can use some soft support under the knees and head. Close your eyes and cover them with a shawl.
Prepare a short intention to visualize for Yoga Nidra
Ending:
When finished, take as much time necessary to move and get up.
